Dave Jackson was born, grew up, and still resides in Central Florida. He was raised in the Assembly of God Church, Pentecostal to the core… until a life-changing encounter forever changed his walk in Christ. He’s become a keen Christian apologist.
Professionally, Dave worked as an IT Engineer for 20+ years in a large regional hospital. Next, he traveled (weeks at a time!) throughout the USA repairing corporate solar farms equipment. This “semi-retirement” job allowed him and Wendy to do missions work. “It’s been wonderful to meet fellow believers from all over our country,” Dave quips.
Then, a couple of years ago, the opportunity to travel to Kenya, Africa materialized. Both Dave and Wendy jumped at the chance to experience international missions work. That particular journey has drastically changed both their personal goals and life dreams.
Currently Dave is employed by Tampa Electrical Company (TECO) and happily sleeping in his own bed at night!
Dave and Wendy Jackson have been married for 10 years. Together they have 5 children. When you see Dave, say, “Hi, Grandpa!” as he was recently blessed with their first grandson. Dave is also an avid outdoorsman.
