Ernest Moore has had a calling on his life from early childhood. When he was nine years old, he prayed over his paralyzed Mother and she was healed. He began assisting in church leadership at age 14. His country was then ravaged with Civil war. He lost his Father and Brothers and managed to survive hidden in the forest for one year; protecting his Sisters and Mother. They managed to escape and were taken to Ghana where they stayed in a refugee camp. While in that camp, Ernest at just 17, organized a large movement of intercessory prayer within the refugee camp. From there he expanded into Missions with the following achievements:
- In Ernest’s hometown of Tappita, he took a church of 5 elderly members to 250+ that now has a booming youth program
- Based on his performance above, he was asked to take over the District Missions Department. Ernest developed a 4 pillar approach to Missions which included: 1)Training 2)Sending 3)Launching 4)Establishing. This approach was eventually adopted by 700+ churches.
- During his position as District Missions Director, using his 4 pillar approach, he moved the district from having 8 churches to 54 churches; planting these churches in villages that had never heard the gospel before.
- Based on the above performance, Ernest was elevated to Liberia’s National Missions Director. In this position, he opened the first Missionary school in Liberia. He also developed a scholarship program at Nimba Bible School, which graduated over 60+ students via scholarships. Under his leadership they installed 12 water wells for churches, constructed 30 church buildings, and partially supported the construction of 15+ more church buildings
- In April of 2024, Ernest submitted his resignation for both his position as National Missions Director, as well as local Assembly of God Pastor. This has been a process as they are very troubled with finding a replacement. He resigned in order to give 100% focus to teaching Torah in conjunction with the gospel, and his role as Local Program Director of Vintage Skills International
Ernest has had the following experience, trainings and certifications:
- Studied at Extention Cape Coast Theological Seminary while in Ghana. During this training, people brought sick, even dead people, to them in wheel barrels and they left healed

Ernest married his wife Alice while in the Refugee Camp in Ghana. There they were given the opportunity to migrate to the USA, but instead they choose to return to their country to be Ministers for the Lord to their own people. Ernest and Alice have adopted more than 10 children. They have experienced these children becoming very useful for the Kingdom.
Today, Ernest works with Dave and Wendy Jackson as their local program director for Vintage Skills International, Liberia Campus. Ernest has a personal goal of establishing 200+ Sabbath Fellowships, while training up 500+ leaders, knowledgeable in taking Torah to the Nations.
Ernest also desires to work closely with children and single mothers. He desires to see communities whole in all aspects of life (food, water, shelter, relationships) who truly love the Lord with all their heart; desiring to walk in His ways.
